SALES ASSISTANT

Missions :

  • Assisting the Sales Manager in the performance of his duties,
  • Administrative and commercial management of customers by telephone and e-mail
  • Follow-up of the customer portfolio and development action through prospecting,
  • Administrative management of software orders,
  • Participation in sales actions.

Required qualities :

  • Adaptability, versatility, autonomy,
  • Sense of organization and definition of priorities,
  • Ability to analyze and react quickly,
  • Knowledge of a foreign language would be a plus,
  • Computer literate / Word, Excel,
  • First experience as a sales assistant desirable.

PURCHASING MANAGER

In coordination with the Marketing-R&D department, you actively collaborate in the development of a high-performance, innovative and eco-responsible product offering, while ensuring constant optimization of purchasing conditions. You will organize and support the purchasing/sourcing team on a daily basis

You will be responsible for :

  • Defining purchasing policy and strategic orientations,
  • Build up and manage a portfolio of national and international suppliers/subcontractors/service providers meeting the required quality criteria,
  • Research, select and negotiate products and purchasing conditions (sourcing, invitations to tender and supplier negotiations),
  • Maintain a constant watch on the competition and the market,
  • Design and manage strategic development projects,
  • Identify needs and negotiate the purchase of customer-specific products,
  • Provide product training and information to in-house teams (build follow-up supports, draft specifications and technical documentation),
  • Define and implement the various certifications required for the business: ISO standard, SGS, FSC, ISPM15...


Profile required:

  • At least 5 years' professional experience in a similar position,
  • Rigorous, proactive and a good negotiator, you are known for your curiosity, responsiveness and dynamism,
  • Ability to work as part of a team,
  • Fluency in oral and written English and Pack Office is essential,
  • An additional language (Spanish, Portuguese, etc.) would be a plus,
  • Experience or particular sensitivity to eco-design would be a plus.
