Prices :

Our prices exclude taxes (any taxes rates are revisable according to legislation in your country). Our prices can be revised at any time according to variations in the prices of materials, currencies and customs scales.
Important : Great Discounts, Crinckle Papers, Cardboard Suitcase collection, printing / stickers and special quotes are net net prices. No additional discount can therefore be applied to these products.

Free shipping : Please, consult with our Sales Team the Free Shipping Minimum Order to your country. In case of partial delivery (whatever may be the reason), shipping costs will be charged for each shipment if smaller than the minimum order for Free Shipping. In the event of an item being out of stock, our sales department will assist you in choosing a replacement product. Subject to the deadlines of our suppliers. Any delay or non-delivery cannot, in no case, give rise to compensation or refusal of the goods. In the event of force majeure, we would be released from any obligation vis-à-vis our customers (transport strikes, maritime delay, damage ...).
Minimum order: 80 € HT (excluding stickers / prints and sampling).

Delivery time :

Please, consult with our Sales Team the delivery time for your country. Allow additional time for the 4th quarter of the year and for your first order. Bambou Diffusion cannot be held responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or other hazards due to transport.

Samples :

(up to one or two pieces). Samples are provided on request and are billed. If the order following the sample order is made, the samples price will be discounted from your order. (valid for the current calendar year: from 01/01 to 31/12). If they are returned to their original state within 2 months (returned by you), after checking the return, a credit note will be issued to you.

Delivery :

Our goods travel at the risk of the recipient. In case of missing or damaged package (s), it is imperative to make detailed notifications on the transport slip (ex : reference (s) and quantity of broken parts; X missing packages ...) in the presence of the driver, and notify us within 24 hours. PLEASE NOTE : the mention ""subject to unpacking or checking"" is not recognized as a valid reservation.

Merchandise return :

No return of goods will be made without our prior agreement.The customer must pay shipping to our warehouses.. Returns of goods will be by complete original package. Disputes over the quality or conformity of the goods will be admissible within 1 month after delivery.

Payment :

Payment can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
Possibility to pay directly online by credit card on our website www.bambou-diffusion.com.The bank cards accepted are those of the Visa and Master Card networks.
If the bank refuses, the order will be put on hold and you will be contacted by our sales department.

Terms of payment :

Any first order implies an account opening. Imperatively transmit a RIB, SIRET number and intra-community VAT number. Any first order is payable upon receiving the proforma invoice. The agreed terms of payment can be revised at any time depending on the evolutionr credit insurance presented. No discount will be applied in case of early payment. Period of validity of a credit note : 1 year from the date of creation. IMPORTANT : Any invoice not paid within one month after the due date will give rise to the application of late payment interest rate. Late payment penalties are payable without a reminder being necessary (art. L441-6 and L443-1 of the French Commercial Code). Beyond the deadline, late payment penalties will be calculated according to the legal interest rate in force. Any delay in payment of a receivable from January 1, 2013 will result in addition to the late penalties

Retention of title :

We reserve the ownership of the goods until full payment of the price by the buyer.Our right of claim relates as well to the goods as to the prices if they have already been re-sold (law n ° 80-335 of 12/05/1980). In the event of litigation, only the court of the city of Cahors, France (LOT - 46) is competent.

Product characteristics :

The measures indicated correspond to the external dimensions of the product: Length x width x height (Excluding cardboard suitcases, pinewood beer box and pinewood wine box, where these are the internal dimensions)..Most of our products are handcrafted, slight variations (colors, dimensions and weight) should be tolerated. Our articles (except ceramic, glass, slate and "Chocolate" collection) remain presentation and decoration products, and cannot be in direct contact with unconditioned food products. The number of pieces per package may vary depending on arrivals.
Special conditions: Products with "Homemade" mention. We would like to draw your attention to the fact that this packaging bears the "Homemade" wording, it is therefore imperative to make appropriate use of it and not to induce the consumer by mistake.
